İsviçre Federal Ceza Mahkemesi (FCC; Almanca Bundesstrafgericht (BStGer), Fransızca Tribunal pénal féderal (TPF), İtalyanca Tribunale penale federale (TPF), Romanşça Tribunal penal federal (TPF)) İsviçre Konfederasyon mahkemesidir. 2004 yılında kurulmuş olan mahkeme Bellinzona'da bulunmaktadır.
İsviçre Federal Ceza Mahkemesi, Ceza Dairesi ve Temyiz Kurulu'ndan oluşmaktadır.[1]
