Bulgaristan'ın Kırcaali iline bağlı Cebel belediyesinde her 19 Mayıs'ta kutlanan bayram.[1][2][3]

Cebel'de totaliter rejime karşı Türklerin ayaklandığı tarih olan 19 Mayıs 1989 günü, 1998'den itibaren kutlanmaya başlanmıştır.[4]
