Appenzell (Kanton)
Appenzell İsviçre'nin kuzeydoğusunda bir bölgedir. Dört yanı Sankt Gallen Kantonu ile çevrilidir. İsviçre Konfederasyonu'na üye olan Appenzell kantonu 1597'den beri Katolik olan Appenzell Innerrhoden ve Protestan olan Appenzell Ausserrhoden kantonuna bölünmüştür.
