Bulutsular Kataloğu

Bulutsular Kataloğu (Catalogue of Nebulae), ilk defa 1786 yılında William Herschel tarafından yayımlanmıştır. Daha sonra, oğlu John Herschel tarafından Bulutsular ve Kümeler Genel Kataloğu (General Catalogue of Nebulae and Clusters) olarak genişletilmiş ve daha sonra da, bugün de gökbilimciler tarafından yaygın olarak kullanılan ve referans olarak gösterilen J. L. E. Dreyer'in çalışması Yeni Genel Katalog (NGC) olarak genişletilmiştir.[1]
