Charles Martin Smith (d. 30 Ekim 1953) bir Amerikan film oyuncusu, senaristi ve yönetmeni. Oyuncu olarak en çok American Graffiti, Never Cry Wolf, Starman, The Buddy Holly Story ve Dokunulmazlar filmlerindeki rolleri ile tanınır.
