Cindy Lou Hensley McCain (d. 20 Mayıs 1954) ABD'li iş kadını ve hayırsever. ABD Senatosu üyesi ve Cumhuriyetçi Parti'den eski başkan adayı John McCain'in eşidir. Güney Kaliforniya Üniversitesi mezunudur. Gençliğinde bir Kappa Alpha Theta üyesiydi.
