Crystal Dynamics bir Amerikan video oyun yapım şirketidir. 1998 yılında ingiliz oyun şirketi Eidos Interactive tarafından satın alındı. 2009 yılında Eidos'un Square Enix tarafından satın alınmasıyla şirket el değiştirmiştir.

Şirket eski Sega çalışanları tarafından kuruldu. Şirketin CEO'luğunu Judy Lang, pazarlamada Madeline Cenepa ve programlama kısmında ise Dave Morse yer almıştır. Şirket Tomb Raider ve Legancy of Kain serisi ile ün yapmıştır.
