Gena Rowlands (d. 19 Haziran 1930; Madison, Wisconsin) ,ABD'li ünlü bir aktristir. Altın Küre ve Emmy Ödülü sahibidir. Oyuncu Robert Lansing ile beraber rol aldıkları The 87th Precinct filminde başarılı bir performans sergiledi. 1980 yapımı Gloria filminde aynı isimli karakteri canlandıran sanatçı ünlü yönetmen ve aktör John Cassavetes ile onun 1989'da ölümüne kadar evli kalmışlar 3 çocukları vardır.
