Hans Florian Zimmer (12 Eylül 1957, Frankfurt), Alman besteci.

Müzik hayatında ilk başarısı, Buggles grubuyla çıkardığı 45'lik olan Video Killed the Radio Star parçasıyla elde etti. Bu şarkı, MTV'nin yayına geçtiği gün çaldığı ilk video klip olarak da ayrıca ünlendi.

Daha sonra besteci Stanley Myers ile birlikte film müzikleri dünyasına girdi ve esas başarısını bu dalda elde etti. Film müzikleriyle ilgili kariyerinde; 7 Oscar adaylığı (1 kez Aslan Kral filmiyle kazandı), 4 Grammy adaylığı (1 kez Crimson Tide filmiyle kazandı) ve 7 kere de Altın Küre adaylığı (2 kez Aslan Kral ve Gladyatör filmleriyle kazandı) elde etti. Sanatçı Los Angeles'ta eşi ve dört çocuğuyla birlikte yaşamaktadır.
