Carlo I Tocco, 1411'den 1429'da ölümüne kadar hüküm süren Epir Despotu. Gayriresmi ilişkiden beş tane çocuğu olmuştur. Dönemini anlatan bir eser (Tocco Kroniği) yazılmıştır. Yunancada yazılmış bu eser 1375-1425 arasındaki olayları anlatır.
