IO Interactive video oyunlar geliştiren Danimarka şirketidir. Şirket 1998 yılında Reto-Moto grubu tarafından oluşturulmuştur. 2004 yılına kadar bağımsız olsa da sonradan Eidos Interactive tarafından satın alınmıştır. Günümüzde ise Square Enix şirketine aittir. Günümüze bırakılan en popüler oyunları, kendi oyun motorları Glacier'de hazırlanılan Hitman'dır.
