Jennifer Rubin (d.13 Nisan 1962; Phoenix, Arizona) , ABD'li ünlü aktris.
1984'te Ford otomobillerinin reklam yüzü oldu. Daha sonra giyim markası Calvin Klein için tanıtım filmlerinde oynadı.
1987'de sinemaya geçerek Elm Sokağı Kabusu 3 (1987) ve The Crush (1993) adlı fimlerle adından söz ettirdi.
1992 yapımı başrolü Christine Lahti ile paylaştığı The Fear Inside filmiyle oyunculuğu doruk noktasına çıkardı.
