Jesse "The Devil" (O Demônio) Hughes (d. 24 Eylül 1972), ABD'li rock müzisyeni ve gitaristi. Eagles of Death Metal grubu kurucu iki üyesinden birisidir, hem elektro gitar çalmakta hemde grubun vokalistidir.
14 Kasım 2015'te grup olarak konser verdikleri Paris'te meydana gelen terör saldırısında kulise kaçmış bu sayede hayatta kalmıştır.
