Kaiserliche Werft Kiel, 1867'de Königliche Werft Kiel adıyla Kiel'de kurulan bir tersanedir. 1871'de adı değiştirildi. İlk önce Prusya'ya, ardından Alman İmparatorluğu'na hizmet etti, 1918'de kapatıldı.
