Kamu İktisadi Kuruluşu (KİK), sermayesinin tamamı Devlet’e ait olan ve tekel niteliğindeki mallar ile temel mal ve hizmet üretmek ve pazarlamak üzere kurulan, kamu hizmeti niteliği ağır basan kamu iktisadi teşebbüsüdür.
