Hayatı
Mastrantonio, 17 Kasım 1958'de Illinois Dominica'da (kızlık soy adı; Pagone) İtalyan asıllı dünyaya gelmiştir. Babası, bronz döküm işletmektedir.[1][2] Mary'nin 1990'dan bu yana evli olduğu Pat O'Connor ile bir çift oğullara sahiptirler.[3]
