Philippe Buchez ya da Philippe-Joseph-Benjamin Buchez (1796-1865), Fransız tarihçi, sosyolog ve siyasetçidir. Gazetenin mucididir ve 1848 yılında Kurucu Millet Meclisi Başkanı olarak Paris'te Palais Bourbon'da kısa bir süre görev yaptı.
