Pita
Pita veya pitta ayrıca Arap ekmeği, Lübnan ekmeği veya Suriye ekmeği olarak da bilinir. Aynı zamanda ''Hindu'' yemek kültürünün vazgeçilmez besinlerinden biridir.[1][2][3]
Türkiye'de bazı dönercilerde döner servisi için kullanılan bu ekmeğe gobit denir. Boşnakça'da börek anlamına gelir.[4][5]
