Public Enemy ya da PE, New York kökenli Amerikan hip hop grubu. Politik sözleri ve Amerikan medyasını eleştiren sözleriyle tanınmaktadır.
2004'te Rolling Stone dergisinin yaptığı Immortals: 100 Greatest Artists of All Time sıralamasında Public Enemy[1] kırk dördüncü sırada bulunmaktadır.[2] Acclaimed Müzik sitesinin yaptığı Tüm Zamanların En İyi Hip-Hop Grubu sıralamasında yirmi üçüncü sırada bulunmaktadır.[3] Grup, 2007'de Long Island Music Hall of Fame'e katıldı.[4]
