Richard John Cyril "Rick" Allen (d. 1 Kasım 1963) İngiliz hard rock grubu Def Leppard'ın bateristidir. 31 Aralık 1984 tarihinde geçirdiği trafik kazası sonucu sol kolunu kaybetmiştir.
