Sir Thomas Sean Connery (d. 25 Ağustos 1930, Edinburgh), İskoç oyuncu ve yapımcı. En bilinen rolü James Bond film serilerinin Ajan 007 James Bond karakteridir. Kızıl Ekim, Gülün Adı ve Kaya filmleri en çok tanınan filmleridir. Kendisi gibi aktör Jason Connery'nin babasıdır. Boyu 1.89 m dir.
Connery, 1950 yılında girdiği "Bay Kainat" yarışmasında üçüncü olmuştur. Daha sonra Ian Fleming'in yazdığı "Dr. No" (1962), "Goldfinger" (1964), "Rusya'dan Sevgilerle" (1964), "Thunderball" (1965), "İnsan İki Kere Yaşar" (1967) ve "Ölümsüz Elmaslar" (1971) filmlerindeki Ajan 007 James Bond karakteriyle adını tüm dünyaya duyurmuştur. Ayrıca "The Untouchables" filmiyle "En İyi Yardımcı Aktör Oscarı" nı almıştır.Ayrıca yönetmen Mustafa Akkad'ın çekmeyi planladığı Selahaddin Eyyubi filminden başrol oynamayı kabul etmiş,ancak Akkad'ın El-Kaide'nin terör saldırılarında ölmesi sonucu film gerçekleşmemiştir.
