Shelton Jackson Lee (d. 20 Mart 1957; Atlanta, Georiga) veya bilinen ismiyle Spike Lee, ABD'li aktör, yönetmen, film yapımcısı ve senarist.

Emmy Ödüllü ve iki Akademi Ödülü adaylığı olan Spike Lee'nin filmleri genelde sosyal veya politik içeriklidir. Lee ayrıca öğretmendir. Aynı zamanda koyu bir New York Knicks taraftarıdır. Knicks'in her maçında Lee'yi izleyiciler arasında görmek mümkündür.
