Temenos

Temenos (Grekçe: τέμενος 'mabet', τέμνειν 'kesmek') terimi ile bir antik Yunan tapınağının ya da çeşitli dini yapıların içinde bulunduğu etrafı duvarlarla sınırlandırılmış kutsal bir alan ifade edilir.
