Torvosaurus

Torvosaurus 156-146 milyon yıl önce Geç Jura devrinde yaşamış bir dinozordur. Megalosauridae familyasına ait olan bu dinozor, Marsh tarafından 1899 yılında tanımlanmıştır. Amerika'da fosilleri bulunmuştur. Yetişkin bir Torvosaurus 15 m uzunluğa, 5 m yüksekliğe erişebilir. Ağırlığı 10 tondur.
