Carl Terrell Mitchell (doğum 27 Kasım 1972) ya da sahne adıyla Twista (eskiden Tung Twista'taydı) Şikagolu ABD'li rapçi. 1992'de 55 saniyede 598 hece söyleyerek dünyanın en hızlı rapçisi olarak Guinness Rekorlar Kitabı'na girdi.^[1] 1998'de Speedknot Mobstaz adında bir grup kurdu.
