Vithkuq idari birimi Vithkuq, Leshnje, Gjanc, Lubonja, Rehova, Roshanj, Trebicka, Grabocka, Treska, Stratobërdh, Panarit, Shtylla ve Cemerica köylerinden oluşmaktadır.[3]
