Kombu

Kombu (Japonca: 昆布), genellikle Doğu Asya'da tüketilen ve Laminariaceae türü bir yosundur.[1]

Çoğu kombu Saccharina japonica (Laminaria japonica) türünden olup[1] özellikle Japonya ve Kore'deki denizlerde yaygındır.[2] Yetiştirme teknolojisinin gelişmesiyle birlikte Japonya'daki kombunun %90'ı özel olarak yetiştirilmektedir.
