Mandanca ya da Mandan dili (kendilerince ?; İngilizce Mandan), ABD'nin Kuzey Dakota eyaletinde Mandanlar (Rų́ʔeta) tarafından konuşulan Siyu dilleri ailesinin Batı Siyu dilleri grubundan tek başına bir grup oluşturan bir Kızılderili dilidir. Konuşanı 2009 yılı rakamlarına göre yalnızca 1 kişidir: Edwin Benson (doğumu 1931)^[1].
