Rusya'nın vize politikası

Rusya Federasyonu Hükümeti, belirli ülkelerin / bölgelerin sakinleri veya vatandaşlarına ikili veya çok taraflı anlaşmalara dayalı bir vize alarak Rusya'ya girmesine izin verir. Diğer ülkelerin vatandaşlarının Rus Büyükelçiliğinden vize almaları gerekmektedir.

Rus Anayasasına göre, Rusya'nın uluslararası antlaşmaların iç mevzuatını geçersiz kılar. Rusya, vizelerin kaldırılması veya basitleştirilmesi üzerinde ikili veya çok taraflı anlaşmalar sonuçlandırmış ve yeni tür antlaşmaları müzakere etmek istemektedir.

Vize için Maliyetleri

Bazı Rus büyükelçilikleri ve konsolosluklarına (hepsi değil) yapılan vize başvuruları doğrudan vize işleme merkezleri yerine şahsen başvurmayı gerektirir. Maliyetleri yönetim merkezi başına farklıdır.

Vizesiz giriş

Geçerli bir pasaportu olan aşağıdaki 33 ülke ve bölgenin vatandaşlarının, önceden vize almadan Rusya'ya ziyaret etmeleri uygundur.^[1] Bu kurallar genellikle sıradan pasaport sahipleri için geçerlidir fakat diplomatik pasaport ve diğer seyahat belgelerinin sahipleri için kurallar farklılık gösterebilir.

2014 itibariyle, Rusya'ya vizesiz giriş hakkına sahip Belarus dışındaki ülkelerin vatandaşları 180 gün içinde en fazla 90 gün kalabilmektedirler.

Son Gelişmeler

Kongo ve Nauru ile vize muafiyeti anlaşması imzalanmış, ancak henüz onaylanmamıştır.^[46] Ayrıca Rus hükümeti, Bangladeş, Kuveyt, Mauritius, Umman, Senegal, Sri Lanka ile vizesiz rejim anlaşması imzalamak için Dışişleri Bakanlığı'na talimat verdi.^{[47][48][49][50][51][52]}

Spor etkinlikleri

2016 IIHF Dünya Şampiyonasında oyunculara vize verilmesi işlemini basitleştirilmiş olacak ve ülkeye gelmek isteyen ziyaretçiler için varışta vize almak mümkün olacaktır.^[53]
Bu denemenin, 2017 FIFA Konfederasyonlar Kupası ziyaretçilerine ve 2018 FIFA Dünya Kupasınada uzatılması planlanmaktadır.^[54][55]
