Sextans (sikke)

Sextans Roma Cumhuriyeti döneminde basılmış 1/6 as (2 unciae) değerinde bronz bir Antik Roma sikkesidir. En bilinen sextans tasarımında önyüzde Merkür büstü ve iki nokta (2 unciae' ye işaret eder), arka yüzde ise gemi pruvası ve 2 nokta betimlenir. Erken tiplerin arka yüzünde deniz tarağı kabuğu, caduceus ve diğer semboller tasvir edilir.
