İslam dünyası

İslam dünyası, İslami bir devlet yapısına sahip ülkeler ile birlikte nüfusunun çoğunluğu Müslüman olan ülkelerin tümünü ifade eden bir kavram. Bugün İslam ülkelerinin tek çatı altında toplandığı tek uluslararası kurum İslam Konferansı Örgütü'dür.

Devlet dini

 Lübnan İslam'ı devlet dini olarak tanımlasa da İslam'la birlikte 18 başka din ve mezhebe de anayasasında yer vermektedir.

Anayasasında dine bir atıf olmadığı gibi sekülerizme de atıfta bulunmayan ülkeler.
