Miguel Juan Sebastián Piñera Echenique (İspanyolca: [miˈɣel ˈxwan seβasˈtjan piˈɲeɾa eʧeˈnike]; d. 1 Aralık 1949-...) Şili Cumhuriyeti'nin uzun bir aradan sonra iktidara gelen sağ kanattan Devlet Başkanı. 17 Ocak 2010 tarihinde yapılan 2. tur seçimde işbaşına geçmiştir. Piñera aynı zamanda eski senatör ve ünlü bir işadamıdır.
Pinera 11 Mart 2010 tarihinde yapılan bir törenle görevini Michelle Bachelet'den devraldı. 11 Mart 2014'te görevi devraldığı Michelle Bachelet' devretti.
