Urfa kebap

Urfa kebap, Şanlıurfa ve çevre illere özgü kebap türüdür. "Kebap" ve "Urfa" kelimesi buluşarak Urfa kebap adını doğurmuştur. Urfa kebap (haşhaş kebap) acısız, zırhta çekilmiş sade kebaba verilen isimdir.
