Donald James Cram (22 Nisan 1919 - 17 Haziran 2001) Amerikalı kimyacı. 1987 yılında Nobel Kimya Ödülü'nü Jean-Marie Lehn ve Charles J. Pedersen ile birlikte "yapıya özgü etkileşimi yüksek seçicilik gösteren moleküller geliştirme ve kullanmaları için" kazanmıştır.[2]
